About This Project

Six-month engagement helping Klarity Health — a virtual mental healthcare platform — communicate its services with clarity and empathy. The work covered the full patient-facing communication architecture: from how users first encounter the platform to how they understand and commit to starting care.

The engagement fundamentally changed how Klarity Health communicates with prospective patients. By simplifying the virtual care journey and leading with empathy-first messaging, the platform became significantly easier to navigate — reducing drop-off at critical decision points. The result was a digital presence that felt less like a medical service and more like a trusted healthcare partner, meeting patients exactly where they were emotionally.

Challenge

Mental healthcare involves sensitive, complex processes — ADHD diagnosis, virtual consultations, treatment plans. Klarity Health needed users to quickly understand how to access care without feeling overwhelmed by medical or technical language.

Approach

Rebuilt the communication architecture entirely around the patient journey. Every message was redesigned to reduce friction, build trust, and guide users naturally toward the decision to book care — with empathy as the design principle.
